WHO WE ARE 

AL Studio is founded and run by local artists, has 9 years of establishment at 2 locations in Kirkland and Factoria. with over 300 long term students who were studying fine art for years.  AL studio offers in studio semi-private art classes, camp, art party, and online classes, art enrichment at local schools. Students learn techniques used by classical artists which include how to use pastels, watercolors, oils, pencils, etc. Our instructors are from Seattle local, west states and China, all have an art major degree and art education experience.
Every AL Studio art class that we offer is uniquely created for you with true warmth and care. Our mission is for you (or your child) to relax, feel inspired, explore all kinds of art topic, learn techniques and genuinely express yourself in our caring, encouraging creative art sanctuary! You will have beautiful artwork in hand to display on your walls as a symbol of how creative you truly are!

Except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose Personal Information collected through the Site to any companies not part of AL Studio, its subsidiaries or related entities.  Although, as disclosed below, we may provide some personal information to certain technology partners, in no event will we sell or rent your Personal Information as part of a customer list or similar transaction for unrelated parties to independently market to you.

SERVICE PROVIDERS.  We may share Personal and Anonymous Information with partners and other third parties that perform functions on our behalf, such as billing, analytics, customer service, fraud protection, etc.  These entities have access to the Personal Information needed to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of that Personal Information.  The Service Providers are restricted from using, selling, distributing or altering this data in any way other than to provide the requested services.

WHAT ARE YOUR OBLIGATIONS IN USING THE SITE

Any transactions in your account will be considered authorized by you unless you have informed us of your compromised account.

The Site may contain links to other websites operated by AL Studio, affiliates of AL Studio or third parties. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy for AL Studio do not apply to information gathered through third party websites, websites operated by affiliates of AL Studio or websites operated by social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, where this Privacy Policy is not posted. AL Studio does not guarantee and is not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of third parties or its affiliates or their websites and we therefore encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies provided by those parties.

The Site is intended for use in the United States of America. We attempt to protect the Personal Information of all users of the Site and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to AL Studio’s services, but the Site is targeted to United States of America citizens and residents and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. If you are uncertain whether this Privacy Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to AL Studio.

We will not retain your payment Information, it will be retained by our payment processor for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
